Arcadia Renovations & Reparis LLC is dedicated to excelent customer service. Established in 2018 by Mark Perez, with a commitment to provide helpfull advise and expertise. Our mission is to provide quality renovation and repair work, with expert advise on maintaining your personal sanctuary.
Mark Perez grew up on the border of Saugerties and Woodstock, NY. He started out in the retail industry learning the value of customer service. Then began working for a family owned landscaping company, where he learned about mantaining property exteriors and company equipment. Mark found his way into home repair and renovation work. Loving the ability to work with his hands and see projects come to life. He continues to grow his knowledge every day researching current practices and emerging trends.
Mark Perez has 10 years experience in repair and renovation work. Assisting and leading projects including deck building, plumbing, electrical, windows, doors, kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, framing, heating installations, finish carpentry, dry wall, painting, appliance installations, tile work, and much more.

he came on time each day- work was clean and professional. He cleaned up & disposed of waste. He worked hard, never stopped. It was not easy to get heavy moldy fake wood off walls& up narrow basement stairs. He took old heaters off & replaced them. he loaded everything up in his truck in the rain & took to the dump. So grateful!!!

The porch had a lot of external water damage which was as evidenced by shingles falling off, as Mark removed the shingles he discovered interior damage as well. He consulted us with each discovery as the expenses grew. We were very pleased with the final product and so was the code enforcer for the town. We have since hired this company for more work.
